It’s been snowing all week so there’s a nice layer of it which is beautiful as well as something to keep in mind when dealing with the car owner without a garage hell that snow is in this city. Moving it twice daily to let the snow plows do their job means sweeping the snow off of it, scrapping the ice of the windows and windshield, hoping it starts and the worst: finding another parking space.
The whole process usually takes me 15 – 20 minutes, which not too bad really, you get some fresh air, the pain of your blood heating up your frozen fingers afterwords and if you’re lucky you don’t slip on the ice on the way to or back from the car and break a leg or an arm or your coccyx and you don’t slide into another irate person moving their own car…
Other news of the moment is that yesterday Rattlebrained Designs equaled and passed last December’s score so I’m quite pleased with that, not quite as fast as I hoped but still nice!
