At The Blues Café Video

A video of Swamp Train from the Blues Café radio show. This took place last month at the Millenium in the village of Isle d’Abeau, which is east of Lyon in France.

Yours truly on drums, washboard and bones.

Surprisingly, in all the times we’ve played Po’ Boy’, that was the first time the public clapped when the harmonica stops for the bone solo and it did throw my concentration a bit. That, and the fact that I was stuck behind my gear instead of out in front, where I usually play the bones, doesn’t make it my best solo ever. But it’s what it is and the video is a nice memory of the evening. Wish I hadn’t hit that cymbal by mistake though… :P
