Congratulations to Marco Marchi & The Mojo Workers, winner of the 1st Swiss Blues Challenge! (above picture)
Besides fighting Geneva’s rush hour traffic to be on time for the sound check we had a great time. I’m still a bit too tired to write coherently, got home at 3am, but after all the sound checks we enjoyed a buffet diner at the Brasseurs des Grottes, the BAG uses the brasserie’s bar room pretty much every Thursday even to organize their concerts and jam sessions. At about 20h45 the evening began with Mr Blues and the Tight Groove from Basel, we played next and The Mojo Workers ended the challenge. Each band playing for 20min plus setting up and taking down each bands equipment. We the winner was announced Marco and his band played a second 20 or so minute session.
Lots of fun was had by all, great to meet so many fine musicians!

Thanks again for coming, folks !
It was a terrific evening, thanks to all the musicians who hit the road, and we’re looking forward to see you again in Geneva on Nov 3 !
